Original Snowflake framed artwork

Snowflake is the original textile artwork which was created using a technique called free motion embroidery to stitch the snowflakes onto rescued organza. The background was created using varied upcycled linen that I hand painted embellished with beads.  The main snowflake was mounted so it floats above the background casting shadows and depth.
 
It is framed in a deep white frame measuring 270 x 270 x 60mm
